Empty archive layout

I have an archive layout and what i’m trying to figure out is how to change the layout for when there are no posts to show, this is what it shows at the moment:

In order to help you with your concerns, we need to check your settings. I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact Layout URL

Thanks for reaching out.
If no post or content is found for the Archive layouts, then this message appears from the theme directly, and unfortunately, there is no option to override through the Layout Builder right now. Still, you can override the template through the child theme as described in the following thread.
