Elementor or WPbakery?

hi there,
i recently tried to combine(installed) Elementor v2.9.12 visual page builder into PRO theme v3.2.3, so far I yet figure out is it has any serious conflict between Elementor and your PRO theme built-in visual builder but the Elementor is loading ready slow and request to enable load Elementor in ‘safe mode’, this might be conflict with some plugin or built-in page builder,.

Since PRO theme comes with WPbakery(I not yet install), thus I thought PRO theme although have it`s own built-in visual page builder but if it can be integrated with other visual page builder such as DIVI, Elementor as well.
Therefore I unsure if I use WPBakery page builder over Elementor with PRO theme, has it can be works seamlessly with your built-in page builder ?

Any advice for such combination? because someone suggest is better don`t use 2 visual page builders at the same theme.
( probably can affect site loading time, code conflict or SEO performance ? )

And I hope PRO theme can be integrated with other visual page builders seamlessly since because they have their features too that what I looking for, i believe that those theme if can be more flexible and integrated with any visual builders will have more sale opportunities in the coming.

Regards

Hello @giore,

Thanks for writing in!

Please be informed that the Pro theme has it’s own default page builder as well. In Pro, you can use the Pro editor to build your pages. You can also use our Pro Custom Header and Footer Builder. You can check out our documentation here:

Apart from our Pro Editor, you also have the option to use WPBakery Page Builder since it is bundled in the theme. This is a convenience to those users who prefer to use the plugin and already familiar with its features and functions. If you have Elementor or any other page builder plugin, that should work seamlessly with the Pro theme as well. The only drawback is that as more and more builder plugins are active, your site’s performance while using any of these editors will become slow. Therefore it is advisable that you choose which plugin you should use all throughout your site development and only activated the page builder that you are currently using to minimize server load and maximize the responsiveness of the page builder plugin.

Hope this makes sense.

hi, thanks for your prompt replied, but the PRO theme came with the default page bulder, therefore have any way to deactivated and replaced with Elementor, only use one visual page builder ?

Hi @giore,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible either on X or Pro, however, you don’t need to deactivate the builder just so you can use Elementor. You can use Elementor whenever you like ignoring the theme’s builder, you can also go to Admin > X or Pro > Settings and disable the post types so it will also disable the builder from those post.

Thanks!
