Element Template

I saved an element from Personify as a template (I created it on one page and then decided that I would likely use it elsewhere) but I can’t find how to USE the template. It shows up in my library, but I can’t apply it as a preset or use it as a template anywhere.

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you please click on the plus icon of the column/cell —>template —>select the element that you have saved.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

That option wasn’t there, but I just recreated that element so I could move along. Thanks anyway,
