Element selected in the Layout pane has inactive "Customize" button

Hi!

If an element is selected in the “Layout” tab, the “Customize” option in the breadcrumb appears.
However, clicking it does nothing.

Thanks! I’ve confirmed this is something related to introducing the top/bottom toolbars in a previous cycle.We’re closing in on the official release, so we’re going to hold off on changes until that’s out, but it’s something we will look into.
