As I’ve started expanding my testing from empty dummy sites to staging versions of existing sites, I’ve started noticing some new things.
I like that the presets are now available to be dragged into the builder. And I like that you can search for them based on title. However, I’ve been running into an issue with the current implementation of search.
When I originally named my presets, I did so based on how they worked before. And since you’d only see headline presets when working on a headline element, it was redundant to also include the word “headline” in the names of every single headline preset. So, many of them are just named things like “Feature box”, etc.

However, when I go to add a new element to the page, I often think to myself “I need a headline element”, so I’ll hit the search field and type “head”. But I won’t get any of the headline presets that don’t have “headline” somewhere in their name.

Now, of course I could go in and edit all the presets to add the element type to the end of the names.
However, it’d be nice if the search field could just sort of do that for me, and search based on type of element in addition to the name.
