EG animation not working + product not showing up

Hi there,

We have a site at:

We have two issues currently.

  • updated pro to latest version
  • updated and tested for plugin conflicts

  1. EG is visible on the frontpage at the bottom of the page. If you hover over the images, you can see an alternate image showing up. However, if you go on any of the other pages, they do not have this animation, despite using the same skin, and having images added to their galleries and in the EG Editor / Preview section.
    No errors visible.

  2. This is a weird one. Woocommerce is installed, and if we go to products and search for “gránát mini gyűrű”.
    The product is found. However, if we don’t use the search, and go page by page, the product does not appear.
    Meaning that some products are not shown in the products section and they only become visible by directly searching for them.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your details post. Have you cleared your plugin caches already? We know that you have installed the WP Fastest Cache plugin or that there could be some caching issues with your hosting provider.

It could also be caused by a custom JS or a plugin amongst other things. Please do the following:

Hi, I turned off the Cache and performed the other steps as well.
The issue did not get fixed unfortunately. Any other ideas?

I would suggest you please open a new thread and share your details. It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
