I’m not sure if it is purposeful but it appears that some of the effect settings are missing from the slide.
Slide effects seem to be missing the offset and transition settings.
Column Effects which have these settings.
It is on purpose, either it’s handled from the slider JS or from the slide container. Are you having an issue with the controls being missing?

I’ll take another look. I was just trying to add effects to specific slides.
