I imported a demo and it changed also that, but I don’t know how to go back or edit the style more…

It seems that the background color on your blog page is from custom CSS in the Pro > Theme Options > CSS.
On the other hand, If you want to customize your website, I suggest that you customize your blog layout using the Layout Builder, since you are using the Pro theme. To understand the said functionality, please check these docs and videos.
