E+P Forms Not Working

Hi there,

I can’t get this plugin to work on my other site with XTheme (www.voiceovergenie.com). I can configure a form fine but when I go to put the code on my site, it doesn’t show up. None of the example forms/code work either. Someone had mentioned maybe I deleted the “draft” page for this plugin? Not sure what that means but I would love some help ASAP!

You can use the shortcode into Text element or Raw content element to display the form. In case if you have not seen the or doc please have a look at our doc of Estimation & Payment Forms to learn more about how to use the plugin with our theme.

In case if it doesn’t work for you please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
