Dynamic Post List zindex

Hi,
I have a page built with the dynamic post list and the url of each post is held on the first “Post” item which is overtop of the entire post. I like it like this so people don’t have to click the title or the image etc. However, no I cannot make the “author” button linkable because it is held underneath the “Post”.

I am able to change the zindex of the “Post” but is there a way to bring the author button above this layer?
