Dynamic Content: Show all map pins on a single map

I have set up a new ‘Locations’ Custom Post Type.

Each location has a longitude and a latitude, and I am able to display this location on a map using Dynamic Content.

How would I go about displaying all location on one single map? I can’t easily see how I would do this, since I’m unable to set the Map element as a Provider, and I am unable to set the Marker element as a Consumer.

In this screenshot, you’ll see I have been able to show markers on maps for each location, with Row as Provider and Column as Consumer: https://capture.dropbox.com/mjq77biY09LuDs2c

The challenge is to get all locations onto one single map too.
