Dynamic Content & Product Category Images

I’ve added a Row to the existing Cornerstone, WC Archive Layout for my product category indexes. As I view different categories, I want to show a dynamic image in the Row I created. I’ve been able to show the category thumbnail, but that’s just a thumbnail and not working for spanning a full-width image across my archive pages.

For example. When I select ‘Category A’, I want to see an image that represents ‘Category A,’ and when I choose ‘Category B,’ I want the image to display its category image. The functionality of WC Archive Layout works as intended; as I swap from ‘Category A’ to ‘B,’ it shows the proper products, I want to get the images to be dynamic and change with the categories.

I could add numerous rows, columns, and images and then set conditions for each image to show only for that category, I think?

What’s the best practice?

In order to display the product category thumbnail image I would suggest you use this dynamic content code {{dc:term:meta key="thumbnail_id"}}. You can display the full-size product category image dynamically. In case you are pointing to something else, please share a video so that we can check and guide you properly.
