I remember reading somewhere, it may have been Alex’s comment but I cannot find it now, that this release might get calculations for the dynamic content.
I was looking forward to it, since even the most basic ones would instantly eliminate tons of plugins and open a whole new set of possibilities.
It seems that they are not in yet? Will they come soon? 
Indeed they were working on something like that. Can’t wait to see if I can create unit conversions with it for recipe websites

At this time, calculations within Dynamic Content are not finished and I cannot comment on when they might be introduced. Dynamic Content can be used inside calc() statements to perform functions in that manner as long as a valid value is returned, but calculating two values together (i.e. two currency amounts to get a “total”) is not possible at this time.
