Displaying Excerpt in Recent Posts doesn't work after update to Pro 4.1.5

After a recent update from Pro 4.1.2 to 4.1.5 the following code does NOT work anymore.
What has changed in Pro that it doesn’t work anymore.

The code that was given to me in this post does not work any more.

More text on home page

Is it possible to have more text on my webpage as I have designed it. The (Home) page is designed in Pro. What I want is that al text is displayed until the [READ MORE]. As in my Blog Pages. Hope you understand what I mean. Web-page is: https://test.nursingwithhumour.com

P.s. what are the BB-codes for this forum. Can’t find them anymore.

Ands there must loso be some BBCodes to make the code from pages like PHP more readable.
