Display portfolio item and scroll to next on click

Hi there, I have the Modern Sliders pack, but wondered if there’s a simpler way of displaying a portfolio item (portrait - A4 dimensions for example) as a single element on a page and having the portfolio scroll to the next item on click? Similar to this site: http://will-johns.com/
