Hi, when i first signup to themeco i get a message to upgrade to pro for $16 or something, i need to know what is the differenct between X and Pro, because on themeforest i do not see Pro and most sales are for X still consused, can you explain this?

Hi, i am first time themeco customer and when i first see the offer nighter it was mentioned that is one time offer nor i ever tried X theme to decide i should keep it, refund it or upgrade it to pro so logically there should be an option to upgrade on same offer after you try.

You can request a refund within 30 days after you purchase the product. Since it is already beyond the guarantee period, there’s nothing we can do about it. On the other hand, I check your account and you just need to pay the $39 (60% discount) to upgrade your X to Pro.
