Dev site not validating

Hi there–we have had several issues updating and am now trying to work through some of the items on our dev site. Currently, the site is not being validated and we can’t access our Theme and cornerstone updates.

I have confirmed that our account settings are correctly set for the License, Location, and Staging URL. however…we are still not getting the staging updates.

I enter the license, it says it is validated and then kicks back to saying the site is not:

Would you mind sharing your admin credentials so that we can check your backend settings properly? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

backend settings were fine. this cleared after about 3 hours and has allowed for use to run our updates on dev.
