Desktop different then mobile ever there are no settings to do so. Checked lots of threads here but couldn’t figure it out. Please take a look at (mature content)

It is indeed the Hide During the Breakpoint feature. I checked the front end of the website and the section in question has cs-hide-xl class which shows the option is used.
Please kindly check this article to know how to use the feature.
You can go to the COntent Builder for that page and check the layout tab and you will see the sections and you can delete the section that you do not want to use:
You can also click the left-hand side mobile icon to show the responsive mode:
Then at the top of the page, you can choose which view to show and if you set the small view it will show you the sections that you do not want to have:
