Design Cloud - templates gone

Hi, I am having trouble with the Design Cloud in Pro. It doesn’t seem to download any of the templates. I have the latest version of WordPress and Pro.

can you help

– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
