Design cloud site install assets missing

Help please - I am trying to install the ‘Crafty’ Site from design cloud on a new wordpress install

• However it doesn’t seem to be working properly.

The assets / media is not installed ?

I have

1. followed https://theme.co/docs/design-cloud#troubleshooting
   and run both -> https://markwiltshire.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&clean-cache
   and https://markwiltshire.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&x-clean-demo-content-cache
   Guide is a little unclear here what to run - should be updated.
2. I have searched the forums

• This post mentions siteground Design Cloud assets missing - which I am on - I have turned off all caching - and turned off https.
• I have checked permissions on directory and can upload media myself with no problems.

Any other pointers on how I can fix ? and get assets installed ?

Please ask for hosting to configure this option to your website.

allow_url_fopen = On
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb

Only if none of those help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Due to Siteground shared hosting I am limited to

upload_max_filesize = capped at 128 MB
post_max_size = capped at 128 MB
max_execution_time = capped at 120s
max_input_time = is capped at 120s

Hey @markw1,

I believe this has something to do with other limitations in your web host because some templates with a few images import fine and I even have a lower configuration in my test site but the Crafty demo imports complete.

For this case, the best thing to do is to set up a staging site in your localhost or an online test server and import the Crafty demo there. Then, just migrate the staging to your live site.
