Hi, when I select design cloud on my website it sends me to this page: -

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This usually happens due to the .htaccess file, try resetting your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

HI, I did what you suggested and made the .htaccess-bak and it did not work.
Is it because I have a Wordpress Address url: http://176.32.230.29/stbenetsabbey.co.uk
and Site Address url: http://176.32.230.29/stbenetsabbey.co.uk ?

Hey @RoyPurlan,
For your case, you need to use the Pretty Permalinks of WordPress which can be set in Settings > Permalinks.
Now the Design Cloud page works.
