Design Cloud Issues

Hi,
Just purchased the theme but having issues downloading the demo sites, none of them seem to be downloading. Have spoken with hosting company and as per advice in other threads, looked at curl, php.ini values etc and have no issues.

Is i possible for someone to look at this.

I just want to let you know that when we download template from the demo site it will replace your current layout. Before doing anything else, do we have a permission to download the demo site? If not, I suggest that you create a staging area so that we can install the demo site there.

Yes, a separate WordPress installlation. We would highly recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any X updates in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed with the update on the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:

So am I able to use the theme on another one of my domains as a staging domain.
Site 5 dont offer wordpress staging by the looks of it.

Right, actually I can set up staging via the site 5 panel.
Is it possible for you then to use the staging to see the issue with importing from the design cloud?

Which template do you want to install in your staging area? We have tested the site demos in our local testing server and we can import any template. By the way, go to Tools > Site Health and resolve your performance issues.

Even the creative columns, as I cant install any content. Have updated the site with Real SSL etc.
Site health is at good now.

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Thanks for sharing a screenshot of the console errors. Based on the error which is 404 cornerstone-endpoint, it usually is due to ModSecurity blocking the directory.

A quick test to see if ModSecurity is the cause is to tell your host to temporarily disable ModSecurity in your site. If the issue is fixed, tell you host to whitelist the cornerstone-endpoint directory.

By the way, your staging site just redirects to your live site. Please give us access if you wish us to continue investigating. Please also provide FTP access.
