Design Cloud Install issues

Hi I am having issues installing the Nonprofit theme onto my website . It is a new installation of Pro but the “install” buttons do not seem to show and I cannot download full website assets.

I am stuck and have no idea what I am doing wrong, I have edited the PHP files and added the MB on the file but this has not helped. I will add my login details so you can have a look as i am truly stuck!

Thanks!

Hi @lnpurnell,

If you’re using the latest version that came out today there is a known issue where sites are not importing. You can follow the status here: https://theme.co/content/pro4-3-x8-3-cornerstone5-3#status This will be fixed in followup release either today or tomorrow. Once we get that release live, try again and see if that makes a difference.

I’ve tried logging in to see what version you were on but can’t get past the basic HTTP authentication. If you still have issues after trying on the latest version, we can login to check if you add those credentials.

If you’re on an older version (not released today) It could still be a connectivity problem between your server and Design Cloud that we need to look into for you so just let us know how it goes after updating to the latest version.

@alexander Thanks, Yes it is a new website and the latest version . I will wait for the update and also check the authentication information as it should be working .

Thanks!

@alexander I have Downgraded to 4.2.3 and now the “install” icons are now visible , however when I click install it does not work in Templates, now my “max upload size” is 200mb (our host cannot go higher, is this the issue? also the "max execution time is 60 seconds as they cannot go higher, you think this maybe the issue?

Ok, thanks for letting me know. In a few hours we’ll have an update live that corrects the Design Cloud site install issue in the new version. I don’t think that will solve everything because the update is a new UI but doesn’t change how assets are being installed. If you can’t install on an older version like 4.2.3 it is likely there is a connectivity issue between your site and our servers that we’ll need to look into.

I would like to login to check but still can’t get passed the HTTP authentication. You can see it if you view the site in private/incognito browsing or from another browser (or device). It’s the login prompt shown natively in the browser just to access the site.
