Demo content inside page remove

I used one of the demo conte t to build a clients site and there are some inside paes using the this content. Please tell me how I can fix remove this content from the site

Thanks for reaching out to us. Kindly go to Appearance > Widgets in your WordPress dashboard and then find the Text widget in your Main Sidebar. You may need to remove or replace those widgets.
