Demo content in Pro

I have done a couple of projects, first in X, then in Pro… just started another one using Pro and not seeing the demo content or X Addins option anywhere. I then realized that I had not used the demo content for prior Pro projects, so checked those and not there either. Checking the forums, I noted messages indicating that demo content is not avialable for Pro. For this project, I actually need the demo content more than I need the additional Pro features – how do I refund Pro and re-purchase X?
