Default Pro Header/Footer options aren't hidden in the new Theme Options

In the prior release, once you set up a Header or Footer using Pro, the corresponding sections within Theme Options were disabled.

That doesn’t seem to be the case anymore – leaving the Header/Footer settings fully available in Theme Options even if they’re not being used anymore. Not sure if this is intentional or not.

While on the subject of Theme Options, I keep trying to click the disclosure triangle to collapse the first (Stack) section when I first land in there. Any chance you can make those triangles work just like the ones in the Element Library?

(Specifically, when you first open the Element Library, you can click the triangle next to Standard, and that section will collapse. Doing the same on the triangle next to Stack in the Theme Options does not collapse anything.)

Thanks! Good point here. We used to have a virtual property behind the scenes that was based on assignments existing. Now that assignments are managed a bit different (you can’t just assign one from an index screen) maybe we can at least show a message but there won’t be a link.

Will look into that Group toggle being closable as well.
