Customize section missing on Raw Content elements

I inserted a few Raw Content elements onto my homepage and I’d like to edit the Element CSS to optimize on certain devices, adjust margins, etc.

On your tutorial page, it seems that Raw Content elements should have a Customize section with fields for ID, Class, Element CSS, Breakpoints, and so on. My Raw Content elements are missing this section:

Classic Raw Content has additional fields for ID, Class, and Style, but I’d really like the Element CSS and Breakpoint switches that Raw Content v2 is supposed to have.

Did you remove the Customize section from Raw Content elements in a recent update? Or is this an interface glitch?

Hi @one_eyed_man,

Unfortunately, the Raw Content element does not have the Customize options. You can still use the deprecated element named Content Area, if that is not available in the element list please enable it from **X > Settings **.

Note: I will check the documentation and will report for an update on this.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Got it. Thanks for the info. Could you recommend an efficient way to target a specific Raw Content area with custom CSS?

Hi @one_eyed_man,

You can point to the parent element as the selector of the Raw Content element to write the custom CSS code.

Hope it helps.
Thanks
