Hello - I am finding on the latest X theme download for my new site, that I am missing half if not more of the customization features on my other site. The screenshot on the left is of the only options on my new site, while the screenshot on the right on an established other site. Border, padding, box shadow, text format, set up, pretty much everything is missing?

Hey @SE1217707,

It looks like Advance Mode is not yet enabled on your site. Advanced Mode is disabled by default so it’s easy for new users to use the builder. To enable the Advanced Mode, follow the instruction here https://theme.co/docs/advanced-mode
