Customising post-payment (pre-order-confirmation) loading screen

Hi!

On my site (tizianabellini.com) I would like to customise the screen the user sees right after a payment is processed (with a third party payment provider i.e. PayPal) and right before the order confirmation page appears. At the moment this is a dark grey overlay on top of the website’s payment page on the background. Because it takes some time before the order-confirmation page appears, we noticed that many users refresh the page whilst on that dark grey overlay stage - this causes issues with orders not being processed correctly or the users not getting to their order confirmation page.

Would it be possible to customise that dark overlay for example to have it display a message like “Please wait, we’re processing your order: don’t refresh or close this page”?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered in Pro specific to what you need. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You might want to consider having our Elite team do this customization for you.
