Custom Mailchimp Field Not Appearing in Email Forms

Hey Team,

I followed the docs to integrate Mailchimp with my Theme Pro and get see that everything is connected and I can see my Mailchimp email list. I’m attempting to make a new Email Form with a custom ‘Interested In?’ field. I’ve created the custom field following instructions in Mailchimp:

But when I navigate to the Email Forms on Theme Pro I do not see this field showing up as an option.

This is the only email list with this Mailchimp account. I first created the field last night, and have tried refreshing and creating a new Email Form without any luck. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey Matt,

Regretfully, our Email Forms extension does not support custom Mailchimp fields. For that, you’d need to uninstall Email Forms and use a different plugin like ConvertPlus. ConvertPlus is bundled in X/Pro so you can use it for free. You can learn more about ConvertPlus here https://theme.co/docs/convertplus

The extension may support custom fields as indicated by the other thread as long as your custom field were merged in Mailchimp. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
