Custom Header won't display

Good day, I’ve got a custom header built and the conditions set to the entire site / Priority 0, but the default header still displays across the site. This is the first time I’ve had this happen on 12+ sites and can’t figure out what’s causing it to not update properly.

Side note: I’ve cleared caching, tried from multiple IP addresses as well.

Any suggestions?

Hello @jamiepruitt,

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of cache or plugin conflict. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Exact Header Name

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

Hello @jamiepruitt,

I have checked your site and the custom header is now displaying on the live view of the site. I temporarily deactivated your HummingBird Pro plugin and activated the Slider Revolution plugin.

The caching plugins are best to turn ON when you are done editing the site and ready to go live.

Best Regards.
