Custom Header assignment

Hi,

I updated from Theme X to Pro, but now I can’t assign my custom Header.
I’m using the pro Theme on two other sites and it works just fine but somehow on this site only the build in Header is shown.
I created a custom Header and assigned ist to my entire Site, but it is not working…

Thanks

Hello @ruenel

unfortunately it doesn’t work, I assigned my header correctly but on my website only the built in Header is shown.

Hi @Moritz,

It will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating through the admin dashboard. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi Mortiz,

The reason why your custom header is not showing is because of your condition.

Your condition should look like this and I went ahead and change it then at the same time change the priority to 0.

Front end:

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Thank you, its working now👍🏽

Hi @marc_a,

I have the same problem again. The header is assigned correctly (e.g. Screenshot) but when I open my site, the wrong header is shown.

best regards

Moritz

Hi Moritz,

It is very unfortunate that the issue comes back again. This might be some other reason behind this, I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issues to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN

If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Freakin same problem here…

Hello @Winona,

Thanks for writing to us.

It might the issue of plugin conflict. I would suggest you follow the instruction of the above posts as suggested by my colleagues @tristup and @ruenel. If it doesn’t work for you, it would best if you could please open a new thread with your details and credentials of the site so that we can investigate your settings.

Thanks
