Custom Fonts cannot be applied to text

Hi,

I have uploaded the custom fonts as ttf.
I have assigned the Fonts as Body and Headline.

However,

  • The fonts do not display correctly in Preview
  • The fonts are not applied if Font Manager is activated
  • If Fonts Manager is deactivated, the fonts cannot be selected from the drop-down list.

I have deactivated all plugins, to no avail.
The theme is up-to-date.

Regards,
B

Hey B,

Here are things you can try:

  1. Convert your TTF font to WOFF using converters like this: https://convertio.co/ttf-woff/. Use the WOFF font in the Font Manager.
  2. If you’re using the builder, the Theme Options > Typography settings do not apply to non-Classic elements, as they have their own text settings. Make sure you set the Font wherever that’s available.

If none of that helps, please provide the following info in a Secure Note

  1. URL of the page you’re working on
  2. Name of the font in the Font Manager (in case you have many fonts)
  3. Screenshot of the text you’re applying the font to
  4. WordPress Login URL
  5. Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks.

Hey B,

That’s because your site is using HTTPS but your fonts are still using HTTP.

This is not a theme issue but rather a WordPress SSL configuration issue. Please ask your web host if they can get that fixed.

If not, you can subscribe to our One premium support so you’ll receive guidance on how to fix this issue or any WordPress related questions in general.

Thanks.
