Custom directory option for locally downloaded custom assets

Downloading a local copy of custom assets works and is also picked up by my asset optimization plugin, nice! CS also showed a nice error message and prevented saving when I tried to link to a file which didn’t exist so that’s great too.

One small enhancement here would be an option to define our own custom directory in which to store locally downloaded assets.

I can add in a filter for this. I think it does need to exist in the uploads due to file permissions, but I’ll let you define the folder name.
