Custom default 'Post Template' or CSS mods to sort out some issues with spacing

I already have a child theme setup to avoid losing customisations with future Pro Theme updates.

On my site, for some reason the default layout for Posts is a little different to Pages, with too little white space between the Post title and the content beneath it versus how Pages display.

I figure there should be a way I can either add in a .php file to the Child Theme (but I don’t not what to call it or where to place it, or what to put in it to achieve the objective) to add in some extra white space below Post titles, or perhaps there is also a way to do it using CSS customisations?

Would very much appreciate your thoughts - have looked through the forum already, but couldn’t quite find an answer. Many thanks!

Hey @stormgoose,

Thanks for reaching out!

If your concern is about the styling of the post, it would be best to do with the custom CSS. In order for you to achieve it, you need to have knowledge of CSS. Please keep in mind that we don’t usually, provide custom CSS code because it is outside the scope of our theme support.

Alternatively, you can use Layout Builder to restructure your post pages. To know more about Layout Builder, please check this out.

Hope that helps.
