Custom Attributes - I can't see them in 3.1.0 - Beta 2

Hi,

I’m keen to tinker with the ‘custom attributes’ mentioned in the Change Log for 3.1.0 .

I’ve got the Beta freshly installed and working. The ‘grid’ function is looking pretty damn awesome.

However I can’t find any ‘custom attribute’ option/box anywhere within any elements own customisation menu.

I realise the Changelog is being worked on at the moment, so perhaps I’m over eagar.

Is it not currently in there?

Do I need to enable it somewhere?

Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Just like the Grid element, Custom Attributes are also part of the Beta. However, they are still not rolled out.

I am pretty sure that they will land somewhere today in Beta 3. But let the Themeco guys correct me if I am wrong. :slight_smile:

Thanks for replying. Ok, I guess that part is not yet rolled out. The grid is working really well in the Beta so I assumed custom attributes were there too, as they’re mentioned in the latest changelog).

Hi there,

I’m sorry for the missed timing. We meant to get the beta out on Friday but ran into an issue with the Grid element. So there have been a couple days where the changelog is ahead of the beta release. I’m bundling it up now, so keep an eye out for the next Grid beta (including custom attributes) here shortly.

No problem! It was more of a timing thing on our end. We try to have the changelog only publish what is actually available in the current release or beta. You can now download beta 3! I hope you like the custom attribute control.
