CSS won't load and content area modal not rendering after update

After updating to 4.2.3 and wordpress 5.7 the CSS on some pages won’t load, and the content area modal is failing to render. I’ve attached images of both issues. Any help on this would be appreciated since this is a site we use to showcase our designs to clients.

Thanks for writing in! This is a known issue with the latest release of the theme.
Our developers are already informed about this issue and they will be rolling a patch release anytime soon.
