CSS style not supported in PRO / WOOCOMMERCE

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the edition of a WooCommerce product sheet in cornerstone/pro.

My product sheets contain dynamic ACF PRO fields.
These data are all used within a “Global Block” so that my collaborator can easily enter a product sheet as simply as possible.
Each product sheet share the same “Global Block” and the fields are customized thanks to the ACP PRO fields.

But when I’m in the back office / cornerstone, the result is totally different from reality.

I disabled the cache, minify css… etc… But the problem persists.

Would you have a solution to share with me ? A line of code?

Thank you in advance,
Sincerely.

Hi Richard,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your setup and for some reason the Flexbox properties are not applying in the Description panel. Please follow the troubleshooting steps using this guide first https://theme.co/docs/common-issues

If the issue persists then kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Thanks!

Hello @Nabeel,

I looked at the link you shared with me but I couldn’t find any reference to “Flexbox properties”.

Would it be possible for you to share with me the correction made to the website?

Thank you in advance for your help, cordially.

Hi Richard,

I tried to access your website Dashboard but unfortunately, your given login credentials are working at my end please recheck and send us correct credentials.

Thanks

Hello @PrakashS ,

Sorry for the inconvenience, please find in the secure note the right login and password.

Thank you very much.

Hello Richard

I tried to access your Dashboard but it is not working yet again I am getting the blank screen after inserting login details. It seems like there is some internal server error. Please check and let us know.

Thanks

Hello @PrakashS

I’m surprised you didn’t just use the link below to get around the problem.

I updated my functions.php file and I just tested, the redirection works again.

Could you please tell me about the problem of displaying the global block in the woocommerce product sheets?

Thanks to you.

Hey Richard,

I have logged in and investigated your issue. I could not find out what is causing this issue. It is not happening on our local testing servers either. This must be unique only with your WP installation. May I suggest that you put your site in Under Maintenance/Construction mode so that we can test for a plugin conflict or switch to the parent theme. There must be a plugin or code that is blocking or removing the styles of the global block. Kindly let us know if this is possible and with your permission, we can look more closely why this is happening in your WP installation only.

Best Regards.

Hello @ruenel

Thanks for coming back.

I just put the site in “under construction” mode allowing you to analyze the site and solve this problem.

Waiting for your return, I thank you in advance

Hi @Jaadra,

If you are having this issue after updating the WordPress version, then I would suggest you downgrade the WordPress version of your website, till the updated version of the theme & plugin is released.
To downgrade the WordPress version you can get help from here: https://soliloquywp.com/how-to-downgrade-wordpress-to-an-older-version/

If that is not the case, please copy your live site to a staging server with the downgraded WordPress version to 5.3, so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
Give us access as you did for your live site.

Thanks

Hello @tristup ,

I changed the version of WordPress to 5.3.4 but found no change.

The global block continues to display without any formatting.

For the second part of your solution, I unfortunately don’t have any possibilities with my host (IONOS) to do this (paying and technically complicated).

Having made a backup of the site, would it be possible for you to intervene anyway on the site to find out where the problem comes from and hopefully find a solution?

Thanks to you.

Hello Richard,

I have temporarily deactivated all your plugins except WooCommerce. The issue is still the same. I also checked your child theme are there aren’t any custom PHP codes in it. I compared your issue in both X and Pro theme in my testing server. I cannot replicate any issue. You can check it in the secure note.

The only difference with my local testing is the WooCommerce version. I am using WooCommerce 4.3.3 while you are using the latest 4.4.1. This issue must be coming from WooCommerce which the plugin removes the styling of the global block. If this is the case, I highly suggest that you downgrade your WooCommerce version since we only support WooCommerce 4.3.2 which was stated here: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility

You can get the previous version of WooCommerce from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/

Thank you.

Hello @ruenel ,

Thank you very much for your intervention !

I made the downgrade of WooCommerce to version 4.3.2 as mentioned in your message.

After installation, the formatting of the global block is still not there :frowning:

I despair a little bit, all my versions are in agreement with your recommendations but the problem persists.

Is there another (accessible) solution to propose to me ?

Thank you in advance for your involvement in solving this problem!

To solve the problem temporarily, I used shortcodes presented on this link (with css code):
https://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/

I still hope to find a solution to this problem limiting the possibilities of using PRO.

I remain available to find the solution

Hello Richard,

I already have exhausted all my ideas. I could not replicate your issue on my local testing server using WooCommerce 4.3.3, WP 5.5 and Pro theme 3.2.3. Can you please re install your WordPress and the Pro theme? There might be some files corrupted somewhere which may have cause this issue.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
