CSS Not Loading Correctly on Homepage

I have a webpage that loads CSS properly when I edit it in Pro, but when actually visiting the page it looks different and incorrect. It appears as if it’s attempting to load sections as if it were mobile, or not all of the CSS is loading. I’ve tried multiple different browsers, with any ad blocking turned off, and the result is the same.

How the page looks when visiting it:

How it looks when editing:

You can see that the boxes and slider are displaying properly in the editor, yet not when actually visiting the page.

Since this is a private website in development, I’ve included the URL a secure note on the post.

Hi @gilleard,

Thanks for reaching out!

This sounds like it could be the same as the issues we’ve been seeing. When updating to a new major release, there could be some markup changes incompatible with the cached generated styles. We need to make sure that there’s always a way for the style cache to be cleared.

I suggest that you go to Pro > Settings > System then click the Clear Style Cache button to clear the style cache manually.

If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you.

@marc_a This worked, thank you!
