CSAI button feedback

Just some quick feedback on the CSAI button. The current icon doesn’t clearly indicate that it opens the AI panel. It’s not immediately recognizable or intuitive for users, especially those who aren’t already familiar with what it does.

Might be worth considering a more obvious label, like just having it say “AI”, or combining the icon with text. That would probably make the functionality a lot clearer at a glance.

The buttons also have a transformY applied to them when you hover over them, which no other CS UI button has so this is inconsistent.

I can add a CSAI tooltip if that helps.

The transformY is very inconsistent. It’s used on the dev toolkit buttons and the attachment buttons on elements like video and audio. Do you like the transformY thing or what the Dynamic Content button is doing more?

Thanks, I think a tooltip is a good idea for buttons that only have an icon. For the label just “AI” is probably best.

Funny I’ve never really noticed the transformY in those places. Definitely prefer without the transform myself, like the Dynamic Content button. The CSAI button has a blue outline when it’s activated, is that intentional?

How am I liking CSAI? Well to begin with I’m very happy to have AI in Cornerstone. In the coming days I’d like to dive deep into it to provide good feedback so please stay tuned :smiley:

There’s hasn’t been much mention of CSAI by anyone so far in the beta forum. How are my fellow beta testers liking it?
