CS - Pro Header - Nav Dropdown Menu - Inspector Style Menus missing

Hello, I am hoping to style the Nav Dropdown Menu Element and am having an issue finding the Pro Header / Inspector ‘Menus’ (setup/Flexbox/customize/etc.). It works when selecting a Social Element, just not the Nav Dropdown Element. Any ideas?

• WP install 5.4.1
• 3.1.2 Theme
  I’ve tried reloading Themes flipping from 3.1.2 to 3.2.3 to no visible effect.

Thanks for writing in! We cannot check your site because the given credentials do not work for us. It seems that the username or password is incorrect.

Meanwhile, when adding a navigation dropdown element into your custom header, you should be able to edit select the menu, tweak the toggle icon, or customize the links in the element.

If you don’t see some of the style options, you need to turn on the Advanced Mode by going to the Settings > Preferences > Advanced Mode

Please also check Pro > Settings > Permissions > Elements. Make sure that the element is enabled and all permissions were granted.

Thanks for the quick response. I checked both the Advanced Mode and Permission Settings and they all looked as shown. I am definitely not seeing the additional menus (Toggle, Dropdown, etc.)…

Hello @designheavy,

Thanks for providing the information. I have investigated the issue and I found out that in the Advanced Mode, you have selected to display the element “Control Navigation” to the Top Bar.

I have set it back to Inline and now the element settings tab is displayed again.

Please check your header now.
