The text inside the Mailchimp API Key tooltip is incomplete.
The CAPTCHA providers on this page don’t have tooltip descriptions with URLs at which you can obtain the Site Keys and Secret Keys.
I think it would be even better to just put the links directly below the inputs so it’s easier and quicker compared to the tooltip approach.
