CS Forms Bug: Submission Conditions

A client told me, he’s not receiving form submission on his website. After some research I noticed, form submissions aren’t stored at all after their submission. The only 3 submission were mine from moths ago, while testing the form. After removing the “Submitted without Errors”-condition on the form and the success message, it finally worked again.

I then created an entirely new form on a new site to rule out any possible configuration errors on my side. I followed this tutorial step by step and used the “Contact with Accept” template that’s shipped with MAX. But even then, the condition wouldn’t work. The form is submitted, but the success message is not showing up at all.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • Exact page URL

Hey @sparko,

I do not see your “Success Message” column or content. I may be checking the wrong page. Could we create a test page instead?

I‘ve disabled the success message, because the form wouldn’t work at all with it enabled. You can create a test page, but as a draft if possible, since the site is live.

I created a test page and added the form with a success message. It is working correctly on my end. The page is currently saved as a draft, so please review the form settings there.

Thank you for looking into this. The form you created is indeed working – even after I added the success message to it. I will rebuild the original one.
