Cropped thumbnail in The Grid / Business Directory plugins

Hi there! I’m using The Grid to showcase a category from the Business Directory plugins listings, but all of the images come cropped. I already unchecked “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions” from the general settings and tried to add a new size. Nothing seems to work.

It is the last carousel. It is underneath a version I created in Slide Revolution to show what result I would like to get.
