Hi there,
We have a pretty major bug happening on our dev site every time we try to add Text element anywhere on the X Pro builder ie: header, footer, and body. Any other element seem to work fine except the Text Element.

Thanks for the very detailed post information. This seems that you have exhausted the PHP memory limit or an error 500 occurs after adding the element. Please increase your PHP limit. Check this out:
Or you can enable the debug mode. You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
When you revisit the page, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

We’ve increased the php limit to over 512mb, but it hasn’t fixed anything. We’ve enabled WP Debuggers and this was the error that we found. Help is definitely needed.

I just check your website and found out the issue but when I tried to update all the plugins and WordPress core version, the issue with the wp_filter_content_tags() is now gone. I guess it has something to do with your WordPress version.
