The Creative CTA doesn’t seem to have an option to update the text on the mouseover. Anybody know how to update that?

Please kindly click the Cog Icon at the bottom left side of the screen while you check the page using Content Builder. That will open up the settings tab. Please select the Preferences tab and make sure that the Advanced Mode is turned on:
Then, please click the Save Preferences button and close the modal. Then go to the CTA element option s and you will find a new set of controls added for the Interactive Content Setup:
There you can change the Mouse Over text and graphics. You can read more about the Advanced Mode here and here you can learn more about the Creative CTA element.
