Thank you for writing in, before I answer your question I would like to clarify something because saying “X Theme Pro” really creates a big confusion for us, and please remember this for your future threads.
We have two themes, the first is called X and another one is called PRO. Here’s a documentation of The Difference Between X and Pro
And then there is the Cornerstone, Cornerstone is a family of builders that includes our Layout Builder, Header Builder, Page Builder, Footer Builder, and Grid Editor. X users must install Cornerstone as a separate plugin and have access the Page Builder. Pro users have Cornerstone built into the theme and have access to everything.
Ok back to your question, if your menu is built-in Header builder using one of the Navigation Elements. Set the Icon Primary option of the menu item.
If you’re using X, therefore it has the standard header, if so, use the following code on the Navigation Label field of the menu item.
Neither of those options worked for me. I’m an using X-Theme pro and I don’t have a custom header.
I just want to use a user icon in place of MY Account.
The instruction given by my colleague is correct. You just put the icon in a wrong tab that’s why it is not showing. I went ahead and fix it then it is now showing properly on the front-end.
