Hi Andy,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your Themeco Account and found that you are using the X, but the Header option is only available with the Pro. I would suggest you upgrade to the Pro theme to get the custom Header and Footer builder please go through the process here: https://theme.co/docs/converting-from-x-to-pro and then go through the following article and video on Layout Builder.

well thats pretty ratty because the X theme is showing to be so powerful the best no.1 premium most power and all. the first thing i wanna do is build a header and i cant even do that XD its the header that is on ALL websites. like white transparent and fade into full colour .

how do i apply for a refund this is so ratty

Hi Andy,

The X theme is exclusively sold in the Envato marketplace, and to get the refund on that you need to go by the Refund process and the policy of Envato. I would suggest you apply for a refund to your Envato account. You can also upgrade the X to Pro as suggested in the previous comment, where you can find all the features that X has including the Header builder you require.
