Countdown element - Automate or change date externally

Hi,

I have been looking for ways to set and change the countdown end date externally. I tried a few ways, but none seem to be working besides using its own date & time picker. I figured the format but it neither takes dynamic sources nor do shortcodes work on it.

It would be nice to know how it can be implemented. Also, it would be great to know how to automate the change to the next end date once the countdown reaches the end. Although the dynamic data input dialogue shows up, it refuses to receive input from any other source except typing directly in the input field or its own date-time picker.
