Cornerstone Won't Save & Iframe Video Height Via Padding Not Working - FireFox

Hi,

Since recent updates, I noticed videos that are within an Iframe are not reaching a minimum height. Squished.

Also, when trying to update the home page is where it’s on, I get a failed save every time.

Following this thread as I’m having the exact same problem with Cornerstone not saving. Theme and plugin are both up to date.

Update:

Save Issue Fix:

I saved the page as a template in global templates, created a new page, inserted template and it saved okay.

I AM STILL HAVING IFRAME VIDEO PROBLEMS WITH FIREFOX.

@denrob14, so glad you got it fixed! I wish I had the same luck but, no go. It won’t even let me save a template.

Theme.co support, where are you guys on this??

Hey @denrob14,

Putting an embedded video in a Raw Content element won’t make it responsive and form its aspect ratio. Please use the Video element (Embed Type) as shown by my colleague.

i see you got an iframe to display, however if you attach a border to that iframe you see it’s not in proportion. If you increase the width to 100% to fill the area, the height doesn’t respond.

Hello @denrob14,

I would suggest you add a custom class in the Iframe and then add a border with custom CSS styling. Please have a look at this article to learn more about how to set the width and height.
